Prior to the workshop we gave a public lecture on poster design at the University of Applied Sciences in Vorarlberg, showing historical and contemporary trends and influences.
Most of the workshop participants work in advertising agencies, therefore we wanted to detach the design process from everyday routines. Every step, from defining topics via collages to the final poster, had to be realized with analog means.
